How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets here! We have tailored the tickets to suit your requirements and we offer different packages depending on how long you wish to stay or who you wish you to see. We offer single day tickets, weekend tickets or a full week ticket.
You will be sent a confirmation email once you have purchased your ticket, along with an email with your virtual ticket which you will need to bring with you on the day – either printed off or on a portable device like a tablet or mobile phone.
Can I buy more than one ticket?
We have limited spaces so each person may only buy one ticket of each type. I.e. 1 x Conference Weekend Pass and 1 x 3 day CPD Course with Huang Huang. However, if you are part of an organisation, group booking is available. If you wish to buy tickets in bulk, we can offer a discounted rate.

Do you offer accommodation?
We have reserved accommodation at our venue, the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel, of which you can book via the hotel directly at a discounted cost.
The Marriott offers comfortable and modern rooms with upscale amenities, including complimentary WiFi and USB ports beside the desks and beds. All rooms have smart TVs with interactive entertainment features, luxurious beds and brand new bathrooms. The hotel boosts amazing views of Heathrow Airport, with some rooms offering a view of the runway. The hotel also has great transport links to get you to Central London within 15 minutes.
Overnight guests receive complimentary 24 hour access to the Fitness Club. Complete with an indoor heated pool, steam rooms, sauna and spa pool, there is also a fully equipped gym with internet connection and TV channels.

Can I book accommodation elsewhere?
Of course! You are more than welcome to stay wherever you like during the duration of your stay. There are numerous hotels around the area, all of which are within walking distance of the Marriott. The venue is extremely accessible and you are also more than welcome to stay at family or friends.
However, we do offer a discounted rate to stay at the Marriott which you can find here.
Does the venue offer WiFi?
Yes! The Marriott offers state of the art amenities and high speed internet access in every meeting room. After a recent multi-million pound renovation, the conference centre comes equipped with write-on walls, bluetooth sound bars and plenty of plug sockets. Each meeting room is bright, modern and extremely spacious.
The hotel rooms also offer high-speed internet and countless plug sockets. Just remember to bring your plug adapters if you are travelling from overseas!
Do you offer a gala dinner?
Yes we do! On Saturday 29th October, we will be hosting a gala dinner. The dinner will consist of a drinks reception, where you will have the opportunity to network and sample on the provided refreshments. Following the drinks reception, you will sit down to a delicious three course dinner, prepared by Paul Quinn – Executive Chef at the Marriott. The meal will take you on a TCM gastronomical journey, paying homage to our herbal roots. To finish up the evening, we will providing entertainment to get you all up and dancing the night away!

Is there a dress code for the gala dinner?
We do require a smart/casual dress code for the gala dinner as it is a special event and we want you to feel special.
During the day, you are more than welcome to wear whatever you want, as we want you to feel comfortable.
What food will be served during the conference?
During the day, lunch and refreshment breaks will be included in your ticket. There will be 2 refreshment breaks: the first will be at 11am and the second at 4pm. This will give you an opportunity to grab a tea or coffee, stock up on some sweet and savoury snacks and network with fellow delegates and key speakers. Lunch will be provided between 1 and 2pm. It will consist of a 3 course buffet lunch with a meat, fish and vegetarian option.
If you are staying at the Marriott, breakfast is included in your stay. You can choose from either a buffet or continental breakfast in either the Cast Iron Grill or the Brew Bar Lounge.
We are also providing a gala dinner on Saturday 29th October, if you wish to attend. The meal will consist of a 3 course dinner with tea/coffee and petit fours. The menu will be handcrafted by Paul Quinn – Executive Head Chef at the Marriott, and will be inspired by Chinese herbs.
If you are staying at the Marriott, but not attending a session that day or simply fancy something different, there are restaurants inside the hotel. These include: Cast Iron Grill, The Sevens, The Brew Bar Lounge, Carluccio’s and Starbucks. There are also restaurants and amenities nearby to the hotel.

I don't live in the UK, can I still attend?
Of course you can! We want the International Jing Fang Conference to be exactly that, international! We have key speakers coming from all over the world and we would like delegates to do the same.
Throughout the conference weekend, Chinese spoken lectures will be translated to English. There will also be a selection of English and Chinese spoken CPD courses.
All you have to do is arrange flights or transport, and enjoy a relaxed stay at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel.
Also, please remember to apply for a visa into the UK with plenty of time of the conference if applicable.

Is the venue easily accessible?
Yes, the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel is very accessible. If you are flying into Heathrow, there is a free shuttle bus that runs frequently from the terminals straight to the hotel door – look for the Heahtrow Hoppa Bus.
If you are driving, the Marriott is just minutes from the M25 and M4 so it’s extremely easy to find. The hotel also offers 250 car parking spaces which cost £5 per day.
If you are travelling via public transport, there are a number of underground stations by the hotel, including Hatton Cross Stationand Heathrow Airport Terminal 1, 2 & 3 Station, which are both on the Piccadilly line. Hayes and Harlington train stations are 2 miles away. There are also free public buses in the Heathrow area. The Heathrow Express Trains runs from Heathrow to central London in just 15 minutes.

The hotel is also wheelchair-friendly. There are a number of lifts within the hotel and the conference itself will be held in a self-contained conference area where there are no steep inclines or stairs.

Are there any local attractions?
Yes, plenty! If you’re visiting London from another country, you’ll certainly want to make the most of your stay.
Windsor Castle is just 13km from the venue. It is the largest and oldest occupied castle in the world. Hampton Court Palace is one of two surviving palaces owned by King Henry III with King George II being the last monach to reside there and is just 12km from the venue.
Central London is also just 15 minutes away on the Heathrow Express. London is one of the most exciting cities in the world with a vibrancy and energetic buzz that cannot be matched. Choose from hundreds of attractions including world-class shopping, one-of-a-kind museums, world leading art and design exhibitions, restaurants offering every cuisine imaginable or a show in the West End.

Will I get a CPD certificate for attending?
If you are attending one or more lectures during the week of Saturday 29th September to Saturday 6th October, you will receive a CPD certificate for your attendance. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive.
CPD combines different methodologies to learning, such as training workshops, conferences and events, e-learning programs, best practice techniques and ideas sharing, all focused for an individual to improve and have effective professional development.
You will receive your CPD certificate once the event is over. We will either post it to you via Royal Mail or send it to you via a downloadable PDF attachment on an email.
How can I get involved with the Jing Fang Conference?
We are extremely excited to be involved in the first ever Jing Fang Conference and we welcome sponsorship opportunities. If your company is wanting to join us and sponsor the event then please contact us below or find out more here.

Will lecture notes be available?
There will not be any lecture notes released prior to the event. However, we will providing all attendees with a delegate pack which will contain all the relevant material, including the schedule, key information and lecture overviews.
You will be able to take notes during all the lectures and seminars, as well as photographs. Videos and voice recordings are not permitted.
At the end of each weekend lecture, you will have the opportunity to ask questions but please refrain from doing so during the lecture, due to time constraints. However, if you are attending the weekday lectures, please feel free to ask questions throughout the sessions.
Will the sessions be taught in English?
We want to ensure this event is accessible to everyone, so we will have Chinese-English translators on hand for the lectures spoken in Chinese. In the CPD lecture series, we have designed a programme for both English and Chinese speakers. Both Professor Feng Shilun and Professor Huang Huang’s CPD courses will be spoken in Chinese and translated to English.
I can't make the event, can I get a refund?
If you change your mind or cannot attend the event, please notify us within 14 calendar days after your booking to receive a full refund.
After this 14 day period, there will be a 15% admin fee deductible.
After the 29th July 2018, all tickets will be non-refundable.

Is the schedule likely to change?
We have put together a unique and comprehensive schedule which we will aim to keep to. If the circumstances change, we will notify all attendees via email.
