Dr. Feng Shi Lun – Jing Fang Treatment on Chronic Respiratory Disease & Auto-immune Rheumatic Disease
This full-day lecture will be hosted by Dr Feng Shi Lun and disciple Tao You Qiang. The course will explore ‘Jing Fang Treatment on Chronic Respiratory Disease & Immune Rheumatic Disease’ and will be held on Tuesday 2nd October.
Based on the combination of the 6 channels and 8 principles syndrome differentiation theories, we can interpret modern diseases and apply classical formulas. There is a significant difference between classical herbalism, Zang Fu syndrome differentiation of TCM and modern interventions, for treating chronic respiratory diseases. Fortunately, Professor Feng has a unique understanding of treating chronic respiratory diseases, particularly by utilising the six channels differentiation to treat asthma combined with phlegm and blood stagnation.
Professor Feng will provide clinical case studies and list the commonly used formulas for these conditions. He will also highlight complicated cases and the combinations of formulas used. Furthermore, he will include detailed explanations of the application principles and techniques used for these complicated cases.
We will be categorising the typical formulas and related formulas, and applying them to auto-immune rheumatic diseases. Prof. Feng will then be giving a detailed analysis of the disorder. Based on treatment using the six channels, most cases are related to the Shao Yin channel. Professor Feng emphasises the importance of using a combination of internal and external treatment for auto-immune rheumatic diseases.
